The College of Health Sciences (CHS) on Tuesday, 21st May, 2024 honoured Mohammad Danlami Nasiru, who has recently retired from the services of Bayero University, Kano. The College described him as an astute administrator whose versatility in University administration would forever be cherished.

The researcher from Bayero University, Kano are leading a multinational project and developed the first high-quality labeled twitter dataset collection for detecting hate and abusive languages in 18 African language.

The Bayero University, Kano has inducted 87 newly qualified Medical Doctors and 16 Dentists from the Faculties of Clinical Sciences and Dentistry of the College of Health Sciences (CHS).

The induction ceremony, which took place on Tuesday, 14th May, 2024 at Mahmud Tukur Theatre, Old Campus, marked the 23rd induction for MBBS and 9th Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in the University.
